Stop and smell the sunshine,
The sweet fragrance of timelines,
Peaceful pheromones and love tones,
That pollenates the buzz in our homes,
Hope is budding,
Fighting to blossom and spread its wings,
Moods swing by attempting to stay balanced,
Life’s greatest challenge…
Here on the ground, we avoid the mountains and valleys,
The highs and the lows,
Here life is even,
Here life is breathing,
Remembering why were here,
There’s value in the lessons…
Those ups and downs that make stomachs uneasy,
Often make the needy more needy,
But busy minds need to slow down and appreciate that, which is overlooked,
Look…
There’s a message down there,
A signal, a beacon, a reason to keep going,
A reason to keep growing, like the colors around us…
Live life vividly,
Fight the good fight endlessly,
Dream tremendously,
And when life begins to move to fast,
Remember to stop and smell the sunshine,
